The main concept behind holistic wellness is that your body does not operate independently from your mind, your emotions or your spirit. They all work together, in constant interaction and an issue affecting one, affects the others. Hence why it’s important to look at all the different aspects to find wellness. That is why our services have been selected to cover your wellness needs on a physical, emotional and spiritual basis.
We offer one on one sessions ( Reiki, Akashic Records, Bodytalk, Sound Healing, Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga basics and Yoga Therapy) with certified practitioners as well as classes and workshops for a limited number of participants for those interested in pursuing not only their own wellness, but to learn and share with others or increase their knowledge on a given subject
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that works at a physical, emotional and
spiritual level. The most common first effect of Reiki is a deep state of relaxation, which is key to healing.
A breathwork session is a simple yet powerful and transformative practice. With the use of your breath alone, you will release tensions and stress from the day and far beyond. Breathwork Is a form of therapy that utilizes breathing exercises to improve mental, physical, and spiritual health. Each group session last 2 hours.
Akashic Records Reading
The Akashic records are an energetic imprint of every action, emotion and experience that has ever occurred in time and space. With the permission of the client his or her records are opened for his or her development and greater good.
Meditation is the practice of turning your attention to a single point of reference. It can involve focusing on the breath, on bodily sensations, or on a word or phrase known as a mantra.
One of the amazing benefits of Yoga Therapy is that the body is looked as a whole, to bring balance and harmony to the areas that are affected, whether it is an emotional healing, managing symptoms, or creating strength and flexibility in particular areas in the physical body. Results can sometimes be experienced right after a single session, but mostly after multiple sessions

A carefully crafted sequence of poses assisted with the use of props set to achieve emotional, physical and mental relaxation.
A carefully designed sequence of poses especially crafted to learn the foundation of a yoga practice, with emphasis on body alignment. Great class for beginners or those who need a slower pace.
Sound healing has been used for centuries by different cultures. The vibrational effect of percussive instruments like Tibetan Bowls Help in reducing stress and also to treat other health issues.
