 Wellness Room Miami is born from a deep desire to help others, a passion for the healing arts and a vision to create space and build a supportive community.

Wellness Room Miami is open for private sessions, certifications, workshops, classes and private events.

The main concept behind holistic wellness is that your body does not operate independently from your mind, your emotions or your spirit. They all work together, in constant interaction and an issue affecting one, affects the others. Hence why it’s important to look at all the different aspects to find wellness. That is why our services have been selected to cover your wellness needs on a physical, emotional and spiritual basis.

We offer one on one sessions with certified practitioners as well as classes and workshops in: Reiki, Past Life Regression Therapy, Holistic Wellness Coaching, Akashic records, Breathwork, Sound healing, and Meditation. 


Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that works at a physical, emotional and spiritual level. The most common first effect of Reiki is a deep state of relaxation, which is key to healing. We offer Reiki I, II and Master Certifications

Past Life Regression Therapy

This therapy enables you to discover hidden aspects of your life at Soul level that don’t support your overall personal growth. If you are experiencing “dejavou”, phobias, blocks, or are feeling stuck at any level in your life, you may find the benefits of Past Life Regression Therapy in identifying and extracting the core issue holding you back.  Lead by  Fernando Arias, trained by Dr. Brian Weiss and Carole Weiss.

Holistic Wellness Coaching

Holistic Wellness looks at the individual as a whole unit, made of different dimensions or aspects. Life is all encompassing, but once we brake it into the different dimensions or aspects, it is a lot easier to start narrowing where we need to start working in order to increase our overall Wellness level.

Meditation is the practice of turning your attention to a single point of reference. It can involve focusing on the breath, on bodily sensations, or on a word or phrase known as a mantra.

Sound Healing
